Service pack 1 download

Service pack 1 includes all changes to version 2018.

Select the service pack that corresponds to the language in which you installed your version of RegioGraph. The file is approximately 116 MB.

Date of publication: August 13, 2018

  1. Download the service pack for your version of RegioGraph, and then save it to your computer.
  2. Install the service pack with administrator rights by right-clicking the file and selecting "Run as administrator".

Installing the service pack requires the same rights necessary for installing the original software.


The service pack addresses the following issues:

RegioGraph Planning and higher versions:

  • Occasional unexpected errors related to the exporting of graphics have been corrected
  • An error when clicking the symbol in the “Symbol settings” dialog has been corrected
  • Error correction when duplicating layer structures
  • Error correction when inserting from empty clipboard
  • Error correction when inserting new object layers into a map
  • Individualized legend text can now be assigned when visualizing attributes involving numerical columns
  • Error correction when linking layers involving a higher-level territory structure
  • Error messages are now shown correctly when the data source to be imported cannot be opened
  • An error has been corrected related to importing data from the clipboard when a column was marked as a numerical column
  • Error correction and performance improvements involving charts
  • Error correction related to changes to column lengths
  • Invalid columns are no longer used for label settings
  • Invalid layers are no longer used in the map contents window
  • Correction of occasional error when saving projects under another name
  • Correction of occasional error when using the portfolio dialog
  • Performance improvements when rendering Bing maps
  • Error correction when inserting copied data into the “Territory structure” column
  • Correction of various errors when accessing invalid project elements

RegioGraph Planning and higher versions:
  • An error when canceling the drive-time zone calculation has been corrected
  • Occasional errors in the “Calculate zones” dialog have been corrected
  • Quicker calculation of drive-time zones
  • Improvements related to geocoding
RegioGraph Strategy and higher versions:
  • Correction of occasional use of a false layer when analyzing data
  • Correction of occasional inability to delete layers after using the data analysis feature
  • An error message now appears in the web export feature if an invalid path has been entered.
